Earthquake-Resistant Homes
We are developing a community of low-cost earthquake resistant homes in Costa Rica. These homes will help to alleviate the lack of affordable housing for the local workforce in this vacation hot spot.
Veterans Housing
We are working with philanthropists and a developer to provide homes for veterans that are without them. The stresses of war have left some of our bravest citizens without adequate housing.
Universal Design Homes
Typical housing constructed today does not always take into account the difficulty of navigating a world meant for fully-abled people. We are designing homes using universal design techniques that go above and beyond the typical accessible design. This allows individuals with disabilities to function without frustration in their home and allows them to age in place.
Sustainable Housing
We have decades of experience incorporating energy producing technology into our efficient buildings. We can increase the efficiency of the building to attain net-zero status, meaning the building produces more energy than it uses.
